・CRAFT WORKSHOP

 Why do pictures move? This workshop shows you the basic formula for making a film. We will make a toy Zoetrope. This moving-picture toy can be made by little children. This “hands-on” experience will give them the full satisfaction of making something from scratch.

 

 

・ANIMATION WORKSHOP

 In this workshop children will actually create an animation. This workshop will be taught by professional animation artists, and will use multiple sketches, clay, objects, etc. to learn about various animation techniques. The final animation product will be shown to the public on the last day of the workshop session.  It might also be shown at the Kyoto Kinder Film Festival, and other showings around Japan and abroad.
